It is not known how long stardom would remain as heroines in the film industry. The present generation heroines are following the popular maxim ‘Make the hay while the sun shines’ and cashing in on every opportunity that comes in their way. They are keeping themselves busy in one language or the other.
Nayantara is the best example for this. She earned a good craze both in Telugu and Tamil languages. Though she is playing heroine on one hand, she is also giving green signal for item numbers.
Sometime ago, she did an item number for Sivaji. Again she played in Kuselan. Presently she is playing one among the three heroines in Simha opposite Balakrishna. She is not rigid that she would do only heroine’s roles but she remained flexible for the sake of her friends and well-wishers in the film industry and changing her rules accordingly.
